Over a MONTH ago, this great day happened. Jeremy worked so hard the past four years and I could not be prouder him and his achievements.  I have to admit to being a little emotional that day.  It was the culmination of a lot of long nights, hard days, stressful weeks and months, exams and practicals, boards, last minute requirements and then we blinked and four years had passed and here he was, Dr. Wells.

This past month has been a blur of packing, hard goodbyes, leaving a city we’ve come to love so much and driving across the country. In less than 48 hours Jeremy will be leaving to travel to Alabama for five weeks of officer training.  I’ve been dreading this time for years and it’s hard to believe it actually came. I wish it didn’t have to happen, but I’m also to the point of let’s “get er done!” The sooner he starts, the sooner he finishes and we can be together in California.  It’s been really great to be in Spokane with family but I have to admit to being eager to have a home again. To get into a routine and live in our own little space.

Life sure is a roller coast of emotions, but I’m grateful to be sharing this wonderful adventure with Dr. Wells :)
